I know that some people love to exercise. I am not one of those people. It takes everything I have in me to hoist myself on to some machine to get my daily allotted cardio. I have tried the classes, dancing, aerobics, swimming, and even running. It all boils back to one common theme- exercise is not fun for me.
For those of you who share my sentiments, never fear! I have found good alternatives to conventional exercise.
– Play a sport. I love tennis and basketball. Before you know it, those fat rolls have a lot less jiggle!
– Walk to the local market. You have plenty of
ice cream water choices to choose from when you get there.
– Wait until the last minute to invite friends over. You will have to race your spouse to see who can clean the house the fastest.
– Volunteer to babysit a friend’s two-year-old. Your heart will be pumping as you chase that little tyke around the house.
